TIM supports swimmers – sports sponsorship for Alicja Tchórz and Kornelia Fiedkiewicz
Alicja Tchórz and Kornelia Fiedkiewicz, two Polish swimmers, have joined the group of young sporting talents supported by TIM S.A. As a result, the group of athletes under TIM’s wings has doubled, as they now have joined our two judo players – Katarzyna Sobierajska and Damian Szwarnowiecki.
TIM S.A. has partnered with the swimmers as part of a programme to support young sporting talent, known as socially engaged sponsorship, as part of TIM pro’s responsible business strategy.
Alicja Tchórz has continuously been a member of the National Swimming Team since 2008. She represents two clubs: MKS Juvenia Wrocław and New York Breakers (in the International Swimming League). Moreover, she is a PhD student at the Wroclaw University of Economics and the founder of nasimistrzowie.pl. She represented Poland at the Olympic Games in London and Rio de Janeiro. She set has new Polish Senior Records 60 times. Her sports achievements also include:

Kornelia Fiedkiewicz is a 21-year-old sportswoman specialising in freestyle swimming. She took part in the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Her greatest achievements include a championship and a bronze medal at the European Championships, as well as a medal and a record at the Polish Championships. Her most important sports plan at the moment is to participate in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, and to compete in major international competitions. |
TIM has been supporting young promising athletes for nearly a decade. Over the last few years, TIM has been sponsoring the best Polish golfer, a participant of the Olympic Games at Tokyo – Adrian Meronk. Besides the swimmers, the company is currently sponsoring two promising judo players – Damian Szwarnowiecki (since 2014) and Katarzyna Sobierajska (since 2022).
