The Management Board of TIM SA, with its seat in Wrocław, would like to inform that due to the resignation as the Member of TIM SA Supervisory Board submitted on 06 June 2016 by Piotr Nowjalis (regulatory announcement no. 22/2016 published on 06.06.2016) and, consequently, due to the necessity of appointing a Member of TIM SA Supervisory Board to take Mr. Piotr Nowjalis’s place at the next General Meeting of TIM SA, the Management Board of TIM SA made self-correction of drafts published on 25.05.2016 for the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM SA (regulatory announcement no. 18/2016). As a part of the self-correction, the change included the text of the resolution no. 20/21.06.2016, a draft of resolution no. 23/21.06.2016 was added, and the subsequent drafts had their numbering changed. Other drafts of resolutions remain unchanged. Drafts with the corrected text constitute an Attachment to this report. ATTACHMENTS |
