The Management Board of TIM S.A. based in Wrocław hereby announces that, as of 26 April 2024, Mr. Krzysztof Folta – President of the Management Board of TIM S.A., Mr. Piotr Nosal – Member of the Management Board of TIM S.A., and Mr. Piotr Tokarczuk – Member of the Management Board of TIM S.A. informed the Company about the sale of shares of TIM S.A.
