Purchase of stocks by the managing person

The Board of TIM S.A. makes public the information that on 14.05.2015 Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Board of TIM S.A. notified the Company about purchasing stocks of TIM S.A.

In accordance with the above-mentioned statement on 13.05.2015 Krzysztof Folta purchased 40,000 stocks for the average price of PLN 7.41 per stock.
The above-mentioned transaction was carried out at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the mode of an ordinary session transactions.
The President of the Board informed that before the above-mentioned transaction, jointly with his wife Ewa Folta, Krzysztof Folta held 4,260,000 stocks of TIM S.A. which constitutes a share of 19.19 % stocks in the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitles to 4,260,000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders which constitutes a share of 19.19 % in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
According to the statement of the President of the Board of TIM S.A. prepared as of 14.05 2015, after the above-mentioned transaction, jointly with his wife Ewa Folta, Krzysztof Folta held 4,300,000 stocks of TIM S.A. which constitutes a share of 19.37 % stocks in the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitles to 4,300,000 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders which constitutes a share of 19.37 % in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
