Purchase of shares by a person closely related to the managing person

The Management Board of TIM SA, with its seat in Wrocław, would like to inform that on 24.05.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board of TIM SA, informed the Company that his wife, Ewa Folta, purchased shares of TIM SA.

According to the above mentioned statement, on 20.05.2016, Mrs. Ewa Folta purchased 10,000 shares of TIM SA at the average price of PLN 10.35 per share.
That transaction was performed at the Stock Exchange in form of an ordinary session transaction.
At the same time, the President of the Management Board informed that before the transaction he and his wife owned together a total of 4,490,600 shares of TIM SA, which constituted 20.23% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitled to 4,490,600 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which was 20.23% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
According to the declaration of the President of TIM SA Management Board prepared as of 23.05.2016, after the conclusion of the transaction, Mr. Krzysztof Folta and his wife, Mrs. Ewa Folta own together a total of 4,500,600 shares of TIM SA, which constitutes 20.27% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,500,600 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which is 20.27% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
