The Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces to the public the information that on 26.09.2016 Ms. Ewa Folta – a person closely related to Mr. Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA on 23.09.2016.
