Purchase of shares by a managing person and a person closely related to the managing person

The Management Board of TIM SA, with its seat in Wrocław, would like to inform that on 17.06.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board of TIM SA, informed the Company that he purchased shares of TIM SA. 

According to the above mentioned statement, on 13.06.2016, Mr. Krzysztof Folta purchased 1,374 shares of TIM SA at the average price of PLN 10.70 per share.
That transaction was performed at the Stock Exchange in form of an ordinary session transaction.
In that declaration, Mr. Krzysztof Folta also informed the Company on the purchase of shares by a person closely related to President Folta, his wife – Ewa Folta, pursuant to art. 160 section 2 point 1 of the Act on trading in financial instruments. According to the above mentioned statement, on 13.06.2016, Mrs. Ewa Folta purchased 2,000 shares of TIM SA at the average price of PLN 10.70 per share.
That transaction was performed at the Stock Exchange in form of an ordinary session transaction.At the same time, the President of the Management Board informed that before the transaction he and his wife owned together a total of 4,510,892 shares of TIM SA, which constituted 20.32% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitled to 4,510,892 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which was 20.32% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
According to the declaration of the President of TIM SA Management Board prepared as of 16.06.2016, after the conclusion of the transaction, Mr. Krzysztof Folta and his wife, Mrs. Ewa Folta own together a total of 4,514,266 shares of TIM SA, which constitutes 20.33% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,514,266 votes at the Meeting of the Company, which is 20.33% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
