| The Management Board of TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, _hereinafter referred to as “TIM S.A.” or the “Company”_, acting pursuant to Article 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state _ Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757_, announces a change in the publication date of the extended consolidated report of the TIM Capital Group for Q3 2022, including the quarterly financial statements of TIM S.A. for the above-mentioned period.According to the publication schedule of periodic reports in 2022, of which the Company informed in the current report No 2/2022 of 27 January 2022, the declared publication date of the extended consolidated report of the TIM Capital Group for Q3 2022 was 23 November 2022.
The new publication date of the above-mentioned report was scheduled for 22 November 2022. |
