Acting pursuant to Article 80 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (the “Act”), the Management Board of TIM S.A. (the “Company”) announces to the public the position of the Company’s Management Board regarding the call to subscribe for the sale of the Company’s shares announced on the basis of Article 72a(1) of the Act on 21 September 2023 by FEGA _ Schmitt Elektrogroßhandel GmbH with its registered office in Ansbach, Germany, as enclosed hereto.
