The Management Board of TIM S.A. based in Wrocław _ ‘the Company’ _ informs that the Company’s shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 8 March 2024 was FEGA _ Schmitt Elektrogroßhandel GmbH based in Ansbach, Germany holding 21,970,445 shares in the Company representing 98.97% of the Company’s share capital entitling to 21,970,445 votes at the Company’s General Meeting representing 98.97% of the total number of votes and 98.97% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 8 March 2024.
