FEGA & Schmitt Elektrogroßhandel GmbH changes the deadline for accepting subscriptions specified in the call to subscribe for shares of TIM SA

Pursuant to Article 79f (3) and (5) of the Public Offering Act and the European Commission’s referral for investigation of the concentration of the Würth Group and TIM SA to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, FEGA & Schmitt Elektrogroßhandel GmbH (Offeror) has informed of its decision to extend the deadline for accepting subscriptions in response to the Call. 

The closing date for acceptance of subscriptions for Shares was changed from 4 July 2023 to 23 August 2023.
