Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław acting pursuant to § 5, sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended), announces that on 08 December 2015 the Company received from the District Court for Wrocław – Krzyki in Wrocław, IV Land and Mortgage Registry Division, a notification dated 4 December 2015 on the entry of a contractual mortgage up to the amount of EUR 2.4 million (in words: two million four hundred thousand EUR) established on the perpetual usufruct right to the land and the related title to the buildings of the real property located in Wrocław at ul. Stargardzka 8, for which the District Court for Wrocław – Krzyki, IV Land and Mortgage Registry Division maintains a Land and Mortgage Register No. KW WR1K/00095155/3 in favour of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA as security of the Bank’s claims against TIM SA under a bank guarantee together with interest, commissions and other charges related to the guarantee, which was granted by the Bank at the request of TIM SA to HE Enterprises Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 56C, 00-803 Warsaw for the amount of EUR 2 million (in words: two million EUR).

The Management Board of TIM SA published the information about granting the above guarantee by Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA in the current report No. 34/2015 announced to the public on 10.11.2015.
The net book value of the assets, on which the mortgage was established, as at 30.06.2015 in the Company’s accounting books amounts to PLN 7.5 million.
In addition, pursuant to § 7, point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19.03.2009 on current and periodical information (..) the Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław notifies that there are no connections between the Issuer and the persons managing or supervising the Issuer and the entity in favour of which the mortgage was established and the persons managing it.
The amount of the established mortgage exceeds the value of EUR 1,000,000.00 expressed in zlotys.
