Deadlines for announcing periodic reports in 2016

Management Board of TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław pursuant to § 103, sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) hereby announces the dates of making available of periodic reports in 2016:

1. Consolidated expanded quarterly reports:
a) report for IV quarter of 2015 – the Company plans to announce to the public the report for IV quarter of 2015 pursuant to paragraph 102, sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009r on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259),
b) report for I quarter of 2016 – 16.05.2016
c) report for II quarter of 2016 – the Company plans to announce to the public the report for II quarter of 2016 pursuant to paragraph 101, sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259),
b) report for III quarter of 2016 – 14.11.2016

2. Consolidated extended six-monthly report for I half of 2016 – 31.08.2016

3. Annual reports:
a) Individual annual report for the year 2015 – 21.03.2016
b) Consolidated annual report for the year 2015 – 21.03.2016

Management Board of TIM S.A. supports the statement included in the current report No. 1/2012 announced to the public on 31.01.2012 that the Company will not announce separate individual quarterly reports and a separate individual six-monthly report. Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information and the consolidated six-monthly report will include six-monthly financial statements together with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements.
