Dates of making the periodical reports public in 2015

The Managing Board of TIM S.A., with its registered seat in Siechnice, acting in conformity with Article 103, section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) hereby presents dates of making the periodical reports public in 2015:

1. Consolidated extended quarterly reports:

a) Report for Q4 of 2014 – the Company does not intend to make the Report for Q4 of 2014 public on the basis of Article 102, section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259),

b) Report for Q1 of 2015 – 15.05.2015,

c) Report for Q2 of 2015 – the Company does not intend to make the Report for Q4 of 2015 public on the basis of Article 101, section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259),

d) Report for Q3 of 2015 – 13.11.2015,

2. Consolidated, extended Semi-Annual Report for Q1 of 2015 – 31.08.2015,

3. Annual reports:

a) Individual annual report for 2014 – 20.03.2015,

b) Consolidated annual report for 2014 – 20.03.2015,

The Board of TIM S.A. sustains its representation included in the Current Report No. 1/2012 made public on 31.02.2012 that the Company shall not provide separate individual quarterly reports and a separate semi-annual report. The consolidated quarterly reports shall contain quarterly financial information, whereas the consolidated semi-annual report shall include semi-annual abridged financial statements together with the report of the entity entitled to examine the financial statements.
