TIM S.A. pursuant to § 100, sec. 4, in conjunction with § 38, sec. 1, point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities as well as the conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by legal regulations of the country that is not the Member State notifies that on 10 August 2016 the Company received a decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Department of the National Court Register issued on 29.07.2016 on making an entry in the National Court Register – Register of Entrepreneurs of the amended text of the Articles of Association; pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. No. 25/21/06.2016 of 21 June 2016. Pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. all previous provisions of the Articles of Association from § 1 to § 36 were repealed and replaced with paragraphs from § 1 to § 30.
