The Management Board of TIM S.A. based in Wrocław_hereinafter referred to as the “Company”_acting pursuant to Article 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent_Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757_announces a change in the publication date of the consolidated extended report for Q1 2024.
In accordance with the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2024, about which the Company informed in Current Report No. 2/2024 of 12 January 2024, the declared date of publication of the aforementioned reports was 28 May 2024.
The new publication date of the aforementioned report was scheduled for 29 May 2024.
