The Management Board of TIM S.A., acting on the basis of a regulation specified in part II, section 1, subsection 5 of the document “Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies”, notifies that on 09.06.2015 it received a notification from the Shareholder of the Company – Krzysztof Folta – concerning the intention of putting forward Grzegorz Dzik as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders called as of 11 June 2015. In accordance with the submitted written statement, Grzegorz Dzik gives his consent to applying for a Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. The Curriculum Vitae of Krzysztof Folta, received from the Shareholder of TIM S.A. constitutes an Attachment to the Report.
