Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces to the public the information that on 29.09.2020 Mrs. Ewa Folta – a person closely related to Mr. Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA.
