Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces to the public the information that on 03.12.2019 Mrs. Ewa Folta, a person closely related to Mr. Krzysztof Folta, President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA.
