Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A.

TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, acting pursuant to Article 5(5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. appointed on 28 June 2022 Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk and Mr Andrzej Kusz as Members of the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The term of office of the above-mentioned Members of the Supervisory Board will begin on the day following the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. approving the financial statement of TIM S.A. for 2021.
The term of office of the above-mentioned Members of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. will expire no later than on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. approving the financial statement of TIM S.A. for 2024.
According to the statements submitted to the Company by Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk and Mr Andrzej Kusz:
– Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk does not conduct any activity competitive to TIM S.A., as well as he does not participate in a competitive company in the capacity of a partner in a private partnership or another type of partnership or a member of a body of a joint stock company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body,
– Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Polish Act on the National Court Register,
– Mr Andrzej Kusz does not conduct any activity competitive to TIM S.A., as well as he does not participate in a competitive company in the capacity of a partner in a private partnership or another type of partnership or a member of a body of a joint stock company, and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body,
– Mr Andrzej Kusz is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the Polish Act on the National Court Register,
