The Management Board of TIM S.A., with its registered seat in Siechnice, acting in conformity with Article 5, section 1, subsection 22 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Dz. U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259), informs that on 11.06.2015 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. appointed Grzegorz Dzik and Piotr Nowjalis to be the Members of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. The mandate of the Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. Grzegorz Dzik shall expire at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. endorsing the Financial Reports for 2017, at the latest. The mandate of the Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. Piotr Nowjalis shall expire at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of TIM S.A. endorsing the Financial Reports for 2017, at the latest. CVs of the Members of the Supervisory Board enclosed to the Report include descriptions of education, qualifications, and former positions together with the description of the career. of the Members of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. According to the statement provided by Grzegorz Dzik, the Member of the Supervisory Board does not run a business competitive in relation to TIM S.A. and is not a partner in any private partnership, partnership or a member of a joint stock company, and does not operate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Moreover, Grzegorz Dzik, according to the submitted statement, is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of an Act on the National Court Register. According to the statement provided by Piotr Nowjalis, the Member of the Supervisory Board does not run a business competitive in relation to TIM S.A. and is not a partner in any private partnership, partnership or a member of a joint stock company, and does not operate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Moreover, Piotr Nowjalis, according to the submitted statement, is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of an Act on the National Court Register.
