| TIM S.A. with its seat in Wrocław (“TIM S.A.”, “the Company”) informs that on 11 April 2019 the Board of TIM S.A. adopted the mid-term strategy of TIM S.A. for 2019-2021 (“the Strategy”).The assumptions and goals of the Strategy are included in the presentation which constitutes the annexe to the Report.
The main goal of the Strategy is the increase in value of TIM S.A. and achieving annual income of the Company of PLN 1 billion and EBITDA profitability of at least 3.6% by 2021.The Company also informs that the adopted goals and assumptions of the Strategy does not constitute forecasts or estimations of results (also financial) and relate only to the planned directions of operating for 2019-2021. The adopted Strategy shall be operationalised in 2019 and shall be subject to regular reviews carried out by the Board of TIM S.A. |
