TIM S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, hereinafter also referred to as: ‘TIM S.A.’, the ‘Company’ informs that within the framework of treasury shares repurchase programme implemented on the basis of the Resolution No. 22/28 June 2022 of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. of 28 June 2022 published in current report No. 17/2022 of 28 June 2022 and in accordance with the Regulations adopted by the Management Board of the Company for the repurchase of treasury shares of TIM S.A. published in current report No. 35/2022 of 22 November 2022, The Company made the following transactions for the purchase of treasury shares _ISIN code: PLTIM0000016_ in the period from 28 December 2022 to 03 January 2023, through the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., during the stock exchange trading sessions on the main market of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.:
– on 28 December 2022, 5,697 treasury shares with a total value of PLN 159,819.85 for an average unit share price of PLN 28.05. The stock represent 0.026% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 5,697 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.026% of the total number of votes.
– on 29 December 2022, 4,077 treasury shares with a total value of PLN 115,909.85 for an average unit share price of PLN 28.43. The shares represent 0.018% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 4,077 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.018% of the total number of votes.
– on 30 December 2022, 2,812 treasury shares with a total value of PLN 80,911.50 for an average unit share price of PLN 28.77. The shares represent 0.013% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 2,812 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.013% of the total number of votes.
– on 03 January 2023, 1,117 treasury shares with a total value of PLN 31,778.65 for an average unit share price of PLN 28.45. The shares represent 0.005% of the share capital of TIM S.A. and entitle to 1,117 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 0.005% of the total number of votes. Taking into account the above transactions for the purchase of shares, TIM S.A. holds a total of 141,246 treasury shares representing 0.64% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 141,246 votes at the General Meeting of TIM S.A., representing 0.64% of the total number of votes. As an attachment hereto, TIM S.A. provides the detailed information on the concluded transactions for the purchase of treasury shares between 28 December 2022 and 03 January 2023.
