TIM S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław, also referred to here as “TIM S.A.”, “Company”_ announces that, within the programme of acquisition of the company’s own shares according to Resolution No. 22/28.06.2022 of the Ordinary General Meeting of TIM S.A. dated 28 June 2022, published in Current Report No. 17/2022 of 28 June 2022 and in accordance with the Regulations for the repurchase of TIM S.A.’s own shares, adopted by the Management Board of the Company and published in Current Report No. 35/2022 of 22 November 2022, between 29 November 2022 and 1 December 2022, the Company completed, through the Brokerage Office of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A, the following transactions of purchasing its own shares _ ISIN code: PLTIM0000016_ during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange:
– on 29 November 2022, 4,898 of our own shares with a total value of PLN 135,384.80, with an average price of PLN 27.64 per share. These shares constitute 0.022% of the shares in the share capital of TIM S.A and entitle to 4,898 votes in the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes an 0.022% share in the total number of votes.
– on 30 November 2022, 5,942 of our own shares with a total value of PLN 164,580, with an average price of PLN 27.70 per share. These shares constitute 0.027% of the shares in the share capital of TIM S.A and entitle to 5,942 votes in the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes an 0.027% share in the total number of votes.
– on 1 December 2022 5,162 of our own shares with a total value of PLN 143,977.10, with an average price of PLN 27.89 per share. These shares constitute 0.023% of the shares in the share capital of TIM S.A and entitle to 5,162 votes in the General Meeting of the Company, which constitutes an 0.023% share in the total number of votes. Considering the above purchase of shares, TIM S.A. owns a total of 32,326 own shares, constituting 0.15% of the share in the share capital of the company which is entitled to 32,326 votes at the General Meeting of TIM S.A., a total of 0.15% shares in the total number of votes. TIM S.A. attaches detailed information on the completed transactions in the purchase of its own shares between 29 November 2022 and 1 December 2022.
