Acquisition of Shares of TIM SA by a Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of TIM SA hereby announces to the public the information that on 18.12.2015 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA.

In accordance with the above statement on 15.12.2015 Krzysztof Folta acquired 5,225 shares at the price of PLN 9 (nine zlotys) per share, and on 16.12.2015 Krzysztof Folta acquired 5,990 shares at the price of PLN 9 (nine zlotys) per share.
The transactions, referred to above, were effected at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the ordinary session transactions.
At the same time the President of the Management Board informed that prior to entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta he owned 4,400,000 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 19.82% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,400,000 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 19.82% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
According to the representation of the President of the Management Board of TIM SA drawn up as at 17.12.2015, after entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta Mr. Krzysztof Folta owned 4,411,215 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 19.87% of the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,411,215 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 19.87% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
