Acquisition of shares of TIM SA by a Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of TIM SA hereby announces to the public the information that on 23.11.2015 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – the President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA.

In accordance with the above representation on 18.11.2015 Mr. Krzysztof Folta acquired 21,801 shares at an average price of PLN 9,395075 per share.
The transaction, referred to above, was effected at the Stock Exchange in the ordinary session transaction.
At the same time the President of the Management Board informed that prior to entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta he owned 4,378,199 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 19,72 of the shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to % votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 4.378.199 of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
According to the representation of the President of the Management Board of TIM SA drawn up as at 20.11.2015, after entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta Mr. Krzysztof Folta owns 4,400,000 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 19.82% in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,400,000 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 19.82% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
