Acquisition of shares by a person closely related to a Member of the Management Board

Management Board of TIM SA with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces to the public the information that on 20.05.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – President of the Management Board of TIM SA, acting under Art. 160 of the Act on trading in financial instruments in conjunction with Art. 160, sec. 2, point 4 of the above Act, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA by his wife – Ewa Folta.

In accordance with the above representation on 17.05.2016 Ms. Ewa Folta acquired 17,000 shares at an average price of PLN 10.56 per share, on 18.05.2016 Ms. Ewa Folta acquired 14,020 shares at an average price of PLN 10.40 per share, on 19.05.2016 Ms. Ewa Folta acquired 14,980 shares at an average price of PLN 10.40 per share.
The transactions, referred to above, were effected at the Stock Exchange in the ordinary session transactions.
At the same time the President of the Management Board informed that prior to entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta he owned 4,444,600 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 20,02% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,444,600 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 20.02% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
According to the representation of the President of the Management Board of TIM SA drawn up as at 19.05.2016, after entering into the transactions, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta, Mr. Krzysztof Folta owns 4,490,600 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 20.23% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,490,600 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 20.23% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
