Acquisition of shares by a Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of TIM SA hereby announces to the public the information that on 15.04.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta – President of the Management Board of TIM SA, notified the Company of the acquisition of shares of TIM SA.

In accordance with the above representation on 11.04.2016 Mr. Krzysztof Folta acquired 50 shares at an average price of PLN 8.43 per share.
The transaction, referred to above, was effected at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the ordinary session transaction.
At the same time the President of the Management Board informed that prior to entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta he owned 4,444,550 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 20.02% of shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,444,550 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 20.02% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
According to the representation of the President of the Management Board of TIM SA drawn up as at 14.04.2016, after entering into the transaction, referred to above, together with his wife Ewa Folta Mr. Krzysztof Folta owns 4,444,600 shares of TIM SA, which represents a share of 20.02% shares in the share capital of TIM SA and entitles to 4,444,600 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, which represents a share of 20.02% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
