Supervisory Board controls the company’s activity in all areas of its operation. Pursuant to the Company’s Statute, the Supervisory Board is composed of five persons, including the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The meeting of the Supervisory Board is convened at least once every six months and more often if necessary, upon the proposal of the Management Board.
