Delisting of TIM SA shares from the Warsaw Stock Exchange Main Market

On 29 May 2024, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted a resolution on the delisting of TIM SA shares from the WSE Main Market as of 5 June 2024.

This follows a decision by the Financial Supervision Authority on 23 May 2024, which gave unanimous approval for the delisting from the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie SA) of the shares of TIM SA, based in Wrocław, as of 5 June 2024.

The Financial Supervision Authority authorised the delisting of TIM shares in response to the request from the Company, communicated in Current Report No. 13/2024.
